The dusk gets its way between smog, buildings with diamond footprint, trees and the network of cables and antennas. This compound of the 80's is one of the oldest in the Gubei area. The noise of drills and hammers, the water leak of an air conditioner placed wherever it was possible, a cable that interrupts the flight of a bird that sings from six to eight in the morning, indicate the struggle of this complex against time. That gresite that falls, a bit here and there, like wrinkles. The heterogeneity of this place, the shutters, some curved, some straight, metal pipes to hung clothes, concrete sills intersecting forging bars drawing semicircunferences that have little to do with the orthogonality of the new city. This is where I live Shanghai
